It is a wonder!!

How can something that is no good,  appear as warm... comforting...joyful...beautiful... like everyone should be here... like everyone should do it... like all is well with the world...all is well with my soul...like I would be a fool to not want to have anything to do with it, that is actually of evil origin. 
Wish I could have heard the comments clearly on Leverage this past week...the words matched what I have studyed about this event, I was amazed!  

I have entered a new wandering of late.  Many years ago, I was exposed to the concept that christmas is nothing a true follower of Christ would want to do.  Frankly, I never really gave it much thought, I just took it forgranted.  I followed ... and I did not research or study to find The Truth.   Till now!!!    I found an article on FaceBook and in it was the beginning of my obsession with finding the Truth.

Whyyy...

do weather people... reporting the weather always make it sound like it is such a terrible thing when reporting RAIN??
I love the rain and wish they would sound more positive about it as it is a necessary thing!!

Thanksgiving

I have noticed, not only this year but in years past, that some people refer to Thanksgiving as Turkey Day. I have come to believe this is because they are not believers or they are not Thankful, thus Thanksgiving to them only refers to Bird Day. How could they possibly recognize there is a Gracious Creator that loves them and cares for them and gives them things they could or should actually be Thankful for. I believe in the none use of saying Have a Wonderful Thanksgiving is a sign of their denial of things that just might be larger than they are. Do you agree??

WoW!

Here in Ohio at this time of year, most farmers have harvested their crops and are settling in for the winter. On the farm where we live, the corn is just now being harvested... the farmer started on January 01/01/2010 to combine the corn crop. We are not sure what the hold up was, but the farmer said he is getting 90% of the crop. As a crazy wind came through about a month ago, he must go very slow to pick up the fallen corn. Of course, the corn is frozen, and it will be quite expensive to dry it out. I am curious just what kind of a % he will have after all is said and done. I say good for him that he didn't give up!! A bumper crop???, don't know, only time will tell the story!
